Yesterday, I was up very early to film LIVE TV segments with the fabulous Gayle Anderson of KTLA Channel 5 Morning News at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising/FIDM and FIDM Museum for the 22nd Annual "Art of Motion Picture Costume Design" Exhibition.

I've had the pleasure of filming segments with the ever-so-wonderful Gayle for the past several years as the FIDM Spokesperson, talking about the fabulous FIDM Museum exhibitions every year and I am honored to to be asked back to give her--and the KTLA Morning News viewers--the "Costumes Inside Dish".

We filmed several segments highlighting the five Academy Awards-nominated Costume Designs from "American Hustle", "The Great Gatsby", "12 Years A Slave", "The Grandmaster", and "The Invisible Woman". All these Oscar-nominated costumes are on exhibit at FIDM Museum like...

THIS THURSDAY is the PREMIERE of "Under The Gunn" on Lifetime. As you may know, I am one of the three Mentors that will guide fashion designers through challenges and hopefully get them to the end--and have them win "Under The Gunn" and well, be the "Top Mentor".

ONE WEEK UNTIL THE PREMIERE!!! Next Thursday January 16th...the new Lifetime Network series "Under The Gunn" premieres! I am so excited since yes, I am part of this new TV reality competition show hosted by the one and only Tim Gunn.

I am one of the three Mentors which will guide fashion designers through "Project Runway"-style challenges and eventually (and hopefully) help them to the end. The other two Mentors include "Project Runway All Stars" Season One Winner Mondo Guerra and "Project Runway" Season 9 Winner Anya Ayoung-Chee. Lifetime Orders Tim Gunn-Hosted Fashion Series

"Under the Gunn" will debut in January and feature "Project
Runway" favorites Mondo Guerra, Anya Ayoung-Chee and Nick Verreos.

Lifetime is expanding its fashion empire.

The female-skewing cable network has picked up Under the Gunn, a new fashion competition series hosted by Emmy winner Tim Gunn.

The series, which will premiere Jan. 16 at 9 p.m., will feature Project Runway alums Mondo Guerra, Anya Ayoung-Chee and Nick Verreos
mentoring and managing a fashion empire with 15 up-and-coming
designers. Each of the three mentors will have a team of designers to
manage, coach, cheerlead and nurture with tough love.

This Monday, I filmed my TVGN 2013 Emmy Awards Fashion Wrap atop the TV Guide Network building on Hollywood and Highland with my FAB TVGN "Gal Pals", Tabatha Coffey of  "Tabatha Takes Over", Kyle Richards of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" and hostess-with-the-mostest Ali Landry. We usually shoot our "Fashion Wraps" indoors in a studio but this time was special: we did it rooftop overlooking the iconic Hollywood sign in the Hollywood Hills.

This past Thursday night was the Premiere of Season 12 Project Runway. I filmed a special that aired right before the Premiere titled "Road to the Runway Season 12" hosted by the infallible Tim Gunn. I was asked to discuss my "Uncle Nick Two Cents" on the Season 12 cast members/designers...

Early this Summer, I was invited to judge the Southern California/L.A. Castings of Season 12 Project Runway--along with Tim Gunn and Marie Claire's Alison Edmond. I had a great time doing this (naturally) and was proud to put forward two designers from our casting to the final line-up of Season 12 Project Runway.
